Bühl ready for 10th International Bluegrass Festival

The city of Bühl, south-west Germany's 'bluegrass metropolis', is ready for the 10th International Bühl Bluegrass Festival this coming weekend (4-5 May), and the regional media are giving wide coverage to the event. Above: a newspaper report on the new personnel lineups of two of the bands taking part, G-Runs 'n Roses (CZ) and Bluegrass Stuff (I), who will be joined by Tabea Anderfuhren (CH).

The Badisches Tagblatt of 28 April also carried a major full-page interview with festival organiser Walter Fuchs, beginning with the question 'Herr Fuchs, wie cool ist Bluegrass Music?', to which the natural reply was 'Sehr cool'.
