The date for the next Annual Picking Party in Leiden has been set: 15 January 2011.
The DobbePickers are a new band, consisting of Edwin Herkert (Groundspeed, banjo), Edu Grin (4 Wheel Drive, mandolin), Jan Romijn (In't Veldfamily, bass), Ypie Kras (Northern Bluegrass, guitar). Their first gigs:
4 Sept. Gooi Maar in m'n Pet Festival in Emmen, 13:00-17:00.
9 Oct. MuziekAalandenfestival in Zwolle.
