Lilly of the West in Poland, 21-22 August 2010

Thanks to Lilly Drumeva of Bulgaria, who reports on two concerts which she and her band played in Poland on 21 and 22 August 2010:

The band featured musicians from Hungary and Slovakia. Lilly was invited by Polish promoter Jerzy Batko to perform at the Koszecin country festival, near the town of Katovice. It was followed by a church concert on Sunday. The band featured Lilly Drumeva on guitar and fiddle, Zsolt Pinter on guitar, mandolin, and fiddle, Milan Ikhardt on banjo, and Peter Guergyadesz on upright bass. Lilly and Zsolt exchanged lead vocals and sang some duets. All in all, a wonderful experience: musicians from three different countries, united in the name of BLUEGRASS!
