26th Annual 'Celebration in Blue', Jablonec (CZ), 14 Nov. 2009

Thanks to Lilly Pavlak for photos and a report on a long-established Czech festival, 'Posviceni v Modrem' (Celebration in Blue), which she had never had a chance to visit till a month ago, when the 26th Posviceni v Modrem was held at Jablonec in the Czech republic. Seven fine bands competed for the traditional prize of a roast goose, and the results were:

#1 Sunnyside

#2 Blackjack

#3 Kreni

The other bands taking part were Handl, Bluegate, G-Runs 'n' Roses, and Funny Grass - and as the three winning bands had to leave early for other gigs, the roast goose was shared between these four remaining bands.
