Looping Brothers tour in USA, 12-25 June

After hosting their own festival on 21 May at Bramsche, the Looping Brothers (Matthias Malcher, Ulli Sieker, and Bernd Nollenberg) of Germany are scheduled to tour in North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee for two weeks in June 2007.

They arrive in Charlotte, NC, on Tues. 12 June, en route to Mouth Of Wilson, VA, and will visit with Helen White and Wayne Henderson on Wed. 13 June. Show dates thereafter include:

Thurs. 14 June: Cook Shack, Union Grove, NC; 7:00 p.m.

Fri. 15-Sun. 17 June: Wayne Henderson Festival, Mouth of Wilson, VA; afternoon performance slot on Sat. 16 June

Wed. 20 June: Chautauqua Festival, Wytheville, VA; lunch performance on 'shelter' stage; 12:00 noon

Thurs. 21 June: Pickin' Porch, Birthplace of Country Music Museum, Bristol, TN; 7:00–9:00 p.m.

Appearance on Tim White's bluegrass radio show around noon that day in Blountville, TN

Fri. 22 June: Floyd Country Store, Floyd, VA, 7:30 p.m.

Sat. 23 June: Blue Ridge Music Center, Blue Ridge Parkway, VA (probably together with the Krüger Brothers)

Sun. 24 June: River House, Grassy Creek, NC; 4:00-6:00 p.m.
